Below are the details of our shipping operations and what you can expect after placing your order for our camping tables and chairs.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7 to 15 business days for delivery across the United States after the order has been dispatched.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. WRONG ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hutchisonj996@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

  • Canopy Crest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the courier confirms delivery.

  • If you receive your order and notice severe damage to the packaging or products, please contact us immediately at hutchisonj996@gmail.com with clear photos so we can assist you with a carrier claim or replacement.
