Refund policy

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your camping table or chair must be:

Unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging (including all carrying bags, straps, and protective wraps).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or the item doesn't fit your needs, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hutchisonj996@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.
4. REFUNDS Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days), depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
